Conner Exteriors & More has a new office to call home after moving their headquarters from Lakeland to a building they recently renovated in Bartow!
Located at 140 S. Woodlawn Avenue, the office is officially open to customers and the community after a ribbon cutting celebration with the Greater Bartow Chamber of Commerce held on Thursday, May 18, 2023. Community leaders, local business owners, family and friends in attendance had an opportunity to tour the renovated building and enjoy refreshments from Hole in One donuts and Chick Fil A with the Conner team.

Although the office in Lakeland had been a great location for many years, the building in Bartow was an opportunity for Kevin, Conner’s owner, to buy a property that the company could improve and customize to fit its needs for now and in the future. The building, originally constructed in 1975, features renovated office space, a workshop area, and new storage that will be utilized by the Conner team to best help their customers with their home exterior projects.
Despite their change in location, Conner Exteriors & More will continue serving all of Polk County and beyond with exterior home improvement services such as replacement windows and doors, vinyl siding, screen and glass enclosures, sunrooms, carports, pool enclosures, and hurricane shutters.
